Theology professor David Turnbloom to give Theology Thursday lecture on “Sacramental Justice and the Mission of Holy Cross,” September 19

University of Portland theology professor, David Turnbloom, will give a lecture on “Sacramental Justice and the Mission of Holy Cross,” Thursday, September 19 at 7:15 p.m. in Franz Hall Room 120. The talk is free and open to the public.

Turnbloom, assistant professor of theology, will examine the relationship between sacraments and justice. The constitutions of the Congregation of the Holy Cross will be used as a guide to explore the ways in which a community that seeks justice becomes a sacrament of God for the world.
