Image Consent

The University may use the image, likeness, voice, name, and background (the “Materials”) of faculty, staff, and students on the University’s website or other form of media such as television, print, electronic publications, and audio and video recordings, to promote or inform the public about the University and its programs. The University reserves the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, and otherwise use the Materials without further notice to faculty, staff, or students.

If you do not want your Materials used as described above, please contact Dhara Brown (brownd@up.edu). Your revocation of consent will not apply to any Materials published, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used before the University received your revocation.
