Important Information for Authorized Payers and Supporters

PilotPay Guest
Student Supporters looking to assist or make payment on behalf of a student can make a payment through the PilotPay Guest link without creating an account. You will need to have the students full name and student ID number to link the payment to their student account.

Setting Up Your Account - Authorized Payer
Parents/Guardians, Families, Friends, etc. looking to assist or make payments on behalf of their student, view account activity, financial aid or set up a payment plan, can set up their account using the link above.

Setting Up Your Payment Plan and Deadlines
The monthly payment plan administered by Flywire allows University of Portland students to spread out expenses into a more manageable interest-free installment plan. The cost is $62 to set-up a plan. For the payment itself, eCheck is a free payment method which is highly recommended. Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) incur a fee of 2.85%, Debit Cards incur a fee of 1.5%, and International non-US Credit Cards incur a fee of 3.95%. Payments are deducted as of the 15th of each month.

*3 Month Payment plans require a down payment of 15% of the balance due at sign up.
