Commencement Checklist
Ticket allotments for students will be confirmed and announced in early February 2026.
The Commencement Checklist will open on Tuesday, February 10. The invite to fill out the checklist will be sent to the student's UP email address. There students will:
- Order their cap & gown.
- Order your tickets.
- Order ADA tickets if needed.
- Confirm a few other details for Commencement.
The checklist is due on Monday, March 2, 2026.
On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, our commencement team initiates the process of assigning special accommodation seating. Any requests for special accommodations submitted after this date will be accommodated on a space-available basis. While we strive to fulfill all requests, we cannot guarantee seating availability for late submissions. We encourage students who have guests requiring special accommodations to submit their requests by the specified date to ensure the best possible arrangement for a comfortable and enjoyable commencement experience.
