After UP: Cap & Gown Pick up
Graduating students are invited to celebrate their accomplishments as a UP student before Commencement. Pick up your cap and gown and learn about ways to stay involved as you transition from students to alumni. Pickup is at the Bauccio Commons.
Please arrive anytime during the times listed below:
- Thursday, April 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Friday, April 24, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Allow approximately 15 minutes to:
- Complete a brief survey on your post-graduation plans and goals
- Pick up your cap and gown
- Grab your free gift from UP Alumni
Your cap and gown is worn during the Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement.
Additional pickup times will be available in the Chiles Center North Concession Stand. Please enter through the Commencement student entrance:
- Friday, May 1: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Saturday, May 2: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday, May 3: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Who will be there?
Office of Institutional Research
The Office of Institutional Research will administer the post-graduation survey you will take upon entering the event. This information will be used for future programming and services to support UP alumni.
Career Education Center
The Career Education Center will be present to share information with graduating students about services and resources available to alumni.
