What is the event?
The First Generation Pinning Ceremony honors the achievements of first-generation college graduates. The event includes a special pinning ceremony, allowing FGEN students to celebrate their milestone with family, friends, and fellow first-gen graduates.
Who Can Participate?
This event is open to first-generation graduating students, their families, friends, and supporters.
How to Join?
No RSVP is required—students and guests are welcome to attend.
Pre-Ceremony Activities
From 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., a lunch and photo booth will be available for attendees to enjoy before the ceremony begins.
