How To Access:
- Look for an email from ncha-web@acha.org in your inbox. This will contain your unique link to complete the survey.
- Take 20-30 minutes to complete the survey, to share information about
What are we doing with this information?
- Provide data to help UP make informed decisions about health and wellness.
- Support campus-wide health and wellness initiatives based on real student needs.
- Advocate for changes to support services to better fit our students.
Prizes and incentives:
- A separate prize drawing will be done per quad, for commuter students, and for students living off campus.
- For off campus and commuter students: a Keurig, a Lego set, and a speaker will be given away!
- Once you complete the survey, save your confirmation email. You can show it at any Wellness Promotion NCHA event for free food or prizes. You can find these events on our Engage Page.
