Lent and Holy Week 2026

LENT

The Holy Season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 18.  Campus Ministry will offer several opportunities for growth in faith and discipleship of Jesus during this time.  Please note the opportunities for liturgical and personal prayer below:

Lenten How to Pray Series:

  • Guided Adoration - February 24 @ 7 PM Chapel of Christ the Teacher
  • Praying with the Mass - March 12 @11:50 PM Chapel of Christ the Teacher
  • Stations of the Cross - March 20 th @ 3PM Chapel of Christ the Teacher
  • Praise & Worship Night - March 25th @ 6 PM St. André Bessette Chapel (Tyson Hall)
  • Visio Divina with the Garaventa Center - April 1st following the 12:05 PM Mass in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher 

Sacrament of Reconciliation

  • Tuesdays at 7:00 pm during Adoration (except during Spring Break)
  • Fridays at 11:30 am

Eucharistic Adoration

  • Every Tuesday of Lent at 7:00 pm (except during Spring Break)

HOLY WEEK

Campus Ministry invites our campus community to join us in celebrating Holy Week, the week of March 29 - April 5. Beginning with Palm Sunday and the Commemoration of the Lord’s Entrance into Jerusalem and culminating in the Lord’s Resurrection on Easter Sunday, this week is the holiest on the Christian calendar. Full of extraordinary prayer, liturgies, and celebrations, it is a powerful time to experience the mysteries of our salvation in Jesus Christ. Campus Ministry is pleased to offer the following opportunities to join us in prayer and praise.

Palm Sunday Masses

  • 10:30 am and 4:15 pm (ENGLISH)

Holy Monday

  • 12:05 pm Daily Mass

Holy Tuesday

  • 12:05 pm Daily Mass
  • 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Extended Eucharistic Adoration and Sacrament of Reconciliation

Holy Wednesday

  • 12:05 pm Daily Mass
  • 12:45 pm Visio Divina – a way of visually praying with images from Sacred Scripture, co-hosted with the Garaventa Center

Holy Thursday

  • 4:30 pm Mass of the Lord’s Supper
  • Adoration throughout the night at the Altar of Repose

Good Friday

  • 9:00 am Morning Prayer
  • 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Sacrament of Reconciliation
  • 3:00 pm Celebration of the Lord’s Passion

Holy Saturday

  • 9:00 am Morning Prayer
  • 8:30 pm Great Vigil Mass in the Holy Night
    • We will celebrate baptism and full communion initiation this evening.  Please join us in supporting our new members of the Church!

Easter Sunday

  • 10:30 am Mass of the Lord’s Resurrection
