The changing landscape of higher education will continue to impact the role student affairs professionals have in cultivating the hearts and minds of college students. How are we responding to students as they grapple with mental health and wellbeing? What are we doing to promote equity and inclusion and foster social justice? How will we continue to stay competitive as more institutions compete for fewer students? And ultimately, what is our role in student affairs? This is an opportunity for our communities to come together to engage in civil discourse, critical inquiry, and ethical reflection to promote the development of the minds and hearts of all of our students in a complex and changing world.
