The Office of Payroll is a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to paying University employees on-time and accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the University’s mission of teaching and learning, faith and formation, and service and leadership. We provide payroll processing  that is accurate, timely and in compliance with University policy and federal and state regulations. We respond to the unique needs of a diverse community by maintaining confidentiality, embracing the individuality of our employees, and working as a team with other departments to ensure all employees are paid both accurately and on time, creating an environment of trust and accountability for our work.

PAYCOM TIME & ATTENDANCE

Missed Payment Form
If you did not enter hours into web time entry you will need to fill out a Missed Payment Form. Please have your supervisor sign the form and return it to Payroll. 

Minimum Wage 
Oregon Minimum Wage is $16.30 per hour effective 7/1/2025

Social Security Wage Base
2023 = $160,200
2024 = $168,600
2025 = $176,100

Tax Withholding Calculators
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act changed the way tax is calculated. The IRS and the Oregon Department of Revenue encourage everyone to perform a "paycheck checkup" to see if you have the right amount of tax withheld for your personal situation.
