EARLY DISMISSAL BEFORE DESIGNATED HOLIDAYS or for SUMMER FRIDAYS PROGRAM
The University provides an early dismissal at 3:00 p.m. on the business day prior to designated holidays, including Easter Observance and Thanksgiving.
Also, the University celebrates our Summer Fridays Program with early dismissal at 1:00 p.m. on select Fridays during the summer.
Offices remain open and operational until the scheduled early dismissal, with supervisors coordinating coverage as needed. Classes will continue as scheduled, and employees should plan accordingly.
How to Enter Early Dismissal in Paycom?
Non-exempt (hourly) employees: Eligible staff employees should request “Early Dismissal” in Paycom for any remaining hours from the announced early dismissal time to the end of the employee's scheduled shift.
Example:
An employee scheduled to work 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with a 30-minute lunch break):
If approved to work beyond 3:00 p.m.:
Exempt employees: Eligible staff employees do not need to take any action. Regular pay will continue.

PAYCOM TIME & ATTENDANCE
Time in and out punches using campus kiosks and web app is now available. A campus map identifying location of kiosks will be posted soon. Helpful guides for web and kiosk usage are below.
2025 W-2 wage statements will be available in Paycom in January
Missed Payment Form
If you did not enter hours into web time entry you will need to fill out a Missed Payment Form. Please have your supervisor sign the form and return it to Payroll.
