When can I pick up my cap and gown?

The primary pickup location is at AfterUP: Cap & Gown Pickup.

If you are unable to attend AfterUP, you may send a friend to pick up your cap and gown on your behalf.

Regalia will also be available at the following times in the Chiles Center North Concession Stand. Please enter through the Commencement student entrance:

  • Friday, May 1: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 2: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 3: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
