Handshake
Great for: Job Hunting
Handshake is UP's primary recruiting and job platform. Use Handshake to search for and apply to jobs or post open positions at your company.
Great for: Networking Research
Use LinkedIn to do research and connect with people with a specific skill set or job. Leverage the LinkedIn University of Portland page to find fellow Pilots based on location, company, industry, major, etc.
